The 2025 GMC Yukon is available in five trims: Elevation, AT4, AT4 Ultimate, Denali, and Denali Ultimate. The Elevation trim features LED headlamps, taillamps, and daytime running lamps complemented by 20-inch machined wheels with Satin Graphite finish. The AT4 stands out with its front fascia incorporating red recovery hooks and black chrome exterior accents. The AT4 Ultimate adds a panoramic sunroof and specific badging while riding on 20-inch all-terrain tires with an exclusive wheel design. The Denali showcases premium chrome exterior accents and a sophisticated Galvano chrome grille. At the pinnacle, the Denali Ultimate elevates the exterior with Vader chrome accents, 22-inch premium wheels, and power retractable assist steps with LED perimeter lighting.
Engine
The Yukon offers three robust powertrains. The 5.3L V8 engine, standard on Elevation and AT4 trims, generates 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque. The 6.2L V8 engine, standard on AT4 Ultimate, Denali, and Denali Ultimate, delivers 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. The 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel engine, available across all trims, produces 305 horsepower and 495 lb-ft of torque. All engines pair with a 10-speed automatic transmission, providing smooth power delivery and capable towing performance.
Performance
The Yukon demonstrates exceptional capability with up to 8,400 pounds of towing capacity when properly equipped. Denali and Denali Ultimate models feature Magnetic Ride Control suspension, while the AT4 Ultimate and Denali Ultimate add Air Ride Adaptive Suspension with four-inch adjustable ride height. The AT4 and AT4 Ultimate models incorporate an advanced four-wheel drive system with a two-speed transfer case and Electronic Limited Slip Differential. All models include selectable drive modes for Normal, Sport, Off-Road, and Tow/Haul operations, complemented by Hill Descent Control and Hill Start Assist features.
Interior
The 2025 Yukon's cabin showcases a 16.8-inch diagonal Premium GMC Infotainment Center, 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and tri-zone automatic climate control. The Denali Ultimate features a 15-inch Head-Up Display and 16-way power front seats with massage function. Premium materials include leather-appointed seating in AT4 and Denali models, while the Denali Ultimate elevates luxury with full-grain leather seating. The interior accommodates up to 8 passengers, or 7 with second-row captain's chairs, and includes power-folding third-row seats. An available Rear Seat Media System adds dual 12.6-inch diagonal screens for rear passenger entertainment.

The GMC Pro Safety Plus package comes standard across all Yukon trims, incorporating Forward Collision Alert with Automatic Emergency Braking and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning. The AT4 Ultimate, Denali, and Denali Ultimate trims add HD Surround Vision with up to 13 camera views. Super Cruise technology, available on the Denali Ultimate, enables hands-free driving on over 400,000 miles of compatible roads throughout North America.
