Came in to get an oil change and full diagnostic because the Oxendale Outlet in Winslow told us they could not do it there due to computer issues. I took a half day off work to travel to Flagstaff to get it done and they advised that my 2018 Acadia had a parasitic drain originating from an actuator. They said they would order the part and call us back. We pre-paid the quoted amount of $835 on January 29th. That amount included $150 charged for the oil change. We were called to come back on February 7th. Again, I took a half day off to drive it down. After a couple hours they called to let me know no repair was made, the part ordered was defective so they had to send for another one. I returned February 12th and after taking a 3rd day off to resolve the issue, they claimed they received yet ANOTHER DEFECTIVE PART and could not make the repair. I asked if there wasn’t a way for them to check the parts prior to coming all the way over for nothing, but was advised by Claire that “sometimes we just get a bad batch”. That did not make me feel confident in their abilities or that they even cared about the inconvenience so I requested a refund and will take it to Horne instead. I was refunded only $544 dollars (which has not yet shown up back in my account). I knew it would be less because of the oil change, but not accounting of what the other $141 dollars went towards AND on the printout she did give us it states we “refused the repair”. We didn’t refuse anything…you couldn’t help us and wasted our time and gas coming back and forth for nothing. I have called twice for a manager but no one is ever available to speak to me. I want my refund or I will be contacting an attorney. That was my experience with your dealership. Horrible.

Good Quick service for an oil change, but the description of the type of oil used would have been more helpful to me. For the cost I assume it was synthetic, but I could not identify if they used a Dexos oil product or not via the paperwork or other supplied information. I prefer to know what products are being used.

Horrible service. No room for me to park or go into the bay I circled around the building for 15 minutes finally I got down and asked for instructions but I had to try and wave someone because noone would acknowledge me. After waiting a long time I was able to enter the bay and no one would approach me or ask how they could help. I finally went up to the gentleman service writer behind the desk and told him I was leaving the keys in the truck . I had an appt but that didn't seem to help in getting help any quicker. There is no room to park it was crowded and too busy and no one would ask how to help or anything they were just ignoring me pretending not to see me. Oil change was expensive and they don't even do the 7 point inspection. Just the very basic oil change and it was over $100 dollars. I'll be taking my vehicle elsewhere form now on.

The experience was basically fine, except for something I noticed after checking out. The service repair estimates included a visual indication of a small oil leak with a diagnostic service soon to pinpoint the source. If I had been informed of this issue prior to checking out, I would have agreed to do the diagnostic while my vehicle was still is in the shop to know the seriousness of the leak. Now I have to schedule another service appointment which isn't convenient as I live an hour from the Flagstaff service center.

Everyone I spoke with were friendly and actually helpful like they cared. The facility was clean throughout from the restroom to the showroom and garage. The mechanic assigned to my vehicle did a good job replacing the 4x4 module and checking on a couple of SB's. Other than the 6 hr. wait I was satisfied.

Had braking noise issue. Offer to show the technician when it happens on the automatic braking with cause control. They knew better than me, I guess. Charged me $185 Diagnostic fee and said they could not duplicate it. Did not get my car fixed.

Oxendale was just wonderful. I brought my Suburban in too fix my issue. My warranty company took forever to send someone to look and approve the repair, 5 weeks. Luckily, I preordered the part. I was in a rental during this time. While the claim was denied, they started the repair in an quick manner so we could have our Suburban before Christmas. You can trust that Oxendale will treat you right. They will go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. AVOID American Dream Auto Warranty. They will do anything to get out of lodging for your claim.
