Great service, great team. I moved to the region six months ago and have been searching for my new service/dealer. Well I met Austin, the service advisor who was simply outstanding. And his professionalism and knowledge sold me on your dealership.

Friendly efficient and time appropriate

Had braking noise issue. Offer to show the technician when it happens on the automatic braking with cause control. They knew better than me, I guess. Charged me $185 Diagnostic fee and said they could not duplicate it. Did not get my car fixed.

The experience was basically fine, except for something I noticed after checking out. The service repair estimates included a visual indication of a small oil leak with a diagnostic service soon to pinpoint the source. If I had been informed of this issue prior to checking out, I would have agreed to do the diagnostic while my vehicle was still is in the shop to know the seriousness of the leak. Now I have to schedule another service appointment which isn't convenient as I live an hour from the Flagstaff service center.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new 2026 Sierra AT4. My salesperson Dewey was extremely helpful and patient through my decision making process. I love how knowledgeable the entire team is regarding their product.

Oxendale was just wonderful. I brought my Suburban in too fix my issue. My warranty company took forever to send someone to look and approve the repair, 5 weeks. Luckily, I preordered the part. I was in a rental during this time. While the claim was denied, they started the repair in an quick manner so we could have our Suburban before Christmas. You can trust that Oxendale will treat you right. They will go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. AVOID American Dream Auto Warranty. They will do anything to get out of lodging for your claim.

She was friendly, efficient, professional, and was always up front about the status, what was causing the issue with my vehicle, what would be needed to fix it, and kept the whole process running smoothly. Super friendly service!

My salesperson, Dewey, was super nice and accommodating. That's what made me comfortable and confident to purchase the vehicle.

I just took my vehicle to the shop for maintenance to have the oil change, tire rotation etc. The service was quick and drive out of there to go do some other stuff.

Good customer service

Your personnel are very good. Work done as promised and on time. New transmission is much better than the original, but still a little abrupt shifting 1-2 and 2-1. GM beat the lawsuit by saying it was a design flaw--not a manufacturing defect!). I like my Yukon, but in 65 years of buying cars, over a hundred of different makes and models, this was the first time I'd ever had to buy a new transmission. GM should do better by it's owners that this.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and most of all courtesy that was demonstrated by the salesman and the Finance Manager. No pressure just friendly. They took my wishes into consideration which is what I was pleased with

Like the truck, the mpg is great. There were some minor glitches, hey it's a used truck, the dealership came through and took care of the issues -- have confidence if any issues arise the dealership and GM will rise to the occasion and resolve them , but I hope there will be no more issues. Looking forward to many happy journeys.

They did an excellent job finding a vehicle for us. It was awesome.

Everyone I spoke with were friendly and actually helpful like they cared. The facility was clean throughout from the restroom to the showroom and garage. The mechanic assigned to my vehicle did a good job replacing the 4x4 module and checking on a couple of SB's. Other than the 6 hr. wait I was satisfied.

The dealership is okay. They supposed to call me to pick up my gift.

There needs to be more communication when setting up a service appt. I was scheduled for a 11am oil change and when I arrived, the lady told me they were backed up and also let me know they go to lunch at 11:30 so I may not get in until 12:30 or 1pm. Mind you I travel an hour to get there and I always wait until my service is completed. Anyways, had I know of the lunch hour I would not have made my appt for 11am.
