Horrible service. No room for me to park or go into the bay I circled around the building for 15 minutes finally I got down and asked for instructions but I had to try and wave someone because noone would acknowledge me. After waiting a long time I was able to enter the bay and no one would approach me or ask how they could help. I finally went up to the gentleman service writer behind the desk and told him I was leaving the keys in the truck . I had an appt but that didn't seem to help in getting help any quicker. There is no room to park it was crowded and too busy and no one would ask how to help or anything they were just ignoring me pretending not to see me. Oil change was expensive and they don't even do the 7 point inspection. Just the very basic oil change and it was over $100 dollars. I'll be taking my vehicle elsewhere form now on.

The experience was basically fine, except for something I noticed after checking out. The service repair estimates included a visual indication of a small oil leak with a diagnostic service soon to pinpoint the source. If I had been informed of this issue prior to checking out, I would have agreed to do the diagnostic while my vehicle was still is in the shop to know the seriousness of the leak. Now I have to schedule another service appointment which isn't convenient as I live an hour from the Flagstaff service center.

Oxendale was just wonderful. I brought my Suburban in too fix my issue. My warranty company took forever to send someone to look and approve the repair, 5 weeks. Luckily, I preordered the part. I was in a rental during this time. While the claim was denied, they started the repair in an quick manner so we could have our Suburban before Christmas. You can trust that Oxendale will treat you right. They will go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. AVOID American Dream Auto Warranty. They will do anything to get out of lodging for your claim.

There needs to be more communication when setting up a service appt. I was scheduled for a 11am oil change and when I arrived, the lady told me they were backed up and also let me know they go to lunch at 11:30 so I may not get in until 12:30 or 1pm. Mind you I travel an hour to get there and I always wait until my service is completed. Anyways, had I know of the lunch hour I would not have made my appt for 11am.

Like the truck, the mpg is great. There were some minor glitches, hey it's a used truck, the dealership came through and took care of the issues -- have confidence if any issues arise the dealership and GM will rise to the occasion and resolve them , but I hope there will be no more issues. I always take my 2018 duramax in for oil changes and all scheduled maintenance. If it wasn’t for all the sensors this would be a perfect truck.
